if you do find them i wouldn't recommend to use them, every os' ntoskrnl.exe is different (depending on language, service packs etc)... you'd better edit you own kernel...

Here's a subaru screen I just made (well, resized at least).
Although a bit spotty on here, it looks absolutley superb on my setup (m10k, 7" Wide TS on 640x480). Just used 'Bootskin' and it was all done in 5 minutes. I decided against bothering to put the loading bar in my .ini file, becuase I think it looks more OEM without it.
