I've been trying to make a opel skin for my XP
But got stuck in some problem:

In the preview mode on Bootskin, the screen show fine, but on the boot itself, the screen get wrong. The images are 640x480x4b (16 color) but displays wrong and even gives me a blue screen and a system reset on my epia (displays wrong but no reset on desktop)

can anyone help me? below is the screen and a link to the zip file (boot screen, progress bar, .PSD file, wallpaper and bootskin.ini)
Feel free to use it (actual foot message in brazilian portuguese)
