03 Vibe GT first install.

Figure I'd post this in here. My first 'attempt' at a car PC.

The bezel didnt turn out TOO bad, but theres a crack in the one side. Bumper repair isnt as flexible as you think.

Looks like its gettin off on the right foot. I will warn you though when you go to repair the crack yo uwill have to remove some of the bumper repair, and build it back up. I had the same issue with my first install when I used epoxy for the first time didnt mix enough and it never really hardened. Then cracked after the filler was on sanded repeted and did the same, then again. So I just redid the side and all was well. let me know wher eyou decide to put the pc.

I'm thinking the glovebox. You said it will fit a mATX 9.5"x9.5"? Only thing is, theres no lock on there.

I may go this glove box route. Just wondering about heating issues.

PSU came in yesterday.

I havent really had time to work on the project. My other car is in need of 4 wheel hubs, two wheel cylinders and an exhaust system. So, thats getting done first, then back to the Vibe.
