The 2007 Scion tC + Infill G4 Project

The UPS truck stopped by on his way through town this morning and dropped off a nice little gift. My brand new, super sexy looking Infill G4.

Thus begins my project. I purchased just about every addon for the G4. Including the backup camera.

Carputer Details:
Infill G4
USB 802.11 WiFi
Elmscan 5 (OBD-II)
Backup Camera w/Night Vision
Bluetooth (coming soon)
USB 4-Port Hub

Sound System Details:
eD NINe.2 Amp [Clicky]
eD SQ10 Sub [Clicky]
eD Scion tC Stealth Box [Clicky]

Here is where it will go:

Here is a teaser.

You don't even know how excited I am for you, and anxious to see IN GLORIOUS DETAIL every step of your install, from how you removed each tC part, to how you wired it up, all the mistakes you made ;-p and your final review...

because I'm going to follow your lead like a freakin' instruction manual on my tC (http://daevid.com/gfx/tC)

FYI: Any other Scion tC owners looking to install a double din HU/Monitor/PC and want to keep the flip up door cover, have a look here:

http://www.scionlife.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=97985

You can modify the stock brackets to recess the HU back far enough for the door to close.

Videos look great. Hope you like the G4. I cant wait to see it installed. Shoot some more video after its installed and we can use it on the store for good advertising. Let me know if you have any questions about the G4. Have FUN!

Yea, i plan on shooting more video, but with a video camera (its at home ) this time. A digi cam is all I had at work and I couldnt wait until I got home to bench test it.

I'll be sure to post lots of videos and pics, much higher quality of course.
