God I hate that green, the previous owners should be killed for doing that. OK, me being heavy into cars.... and love designing them.... First off repaint the car Super Red, including the bumbers. Who ever thought bumpers that are different colors other then the car looking good are idiots. Also, retint the windows, they arent black, they are that weird purple color.

Buy some aftermarket projection headlights. There arent really any tail lights, but what I would do is get the LED bulbs like you did and black out the tail lights. Get some nice rims.

15% all around. However a lot of tint shops will do the front windows 15% and back as dark as you want. NM state is cracking down on it all though... Farmington police force just got 5 new tint meters to start busting chops around here.

I actually like that one too.... it keeps to the cars look. yea the EVO is a bit much I guess..... I like extreme, thats why.

I agree...... The front are only allowed 15% or 20% Anything else can be as dark as you want. I plan on going black out for the rear, meaning you cant see in or out.... well maybe 5%.... I am still debating on the front tint though, I would love to have it dark also.

Well NM law here is no tint anywhere darker than 15%. They just haven't cared about it until the last month or so. All the sudden there was a big write-up in the paper... and I've gotten 2 tickets now.

$75 a pop. But I have 5% all around... easy money for the state I guess.

Ticket for 5%, can't you fight it since you are within legal limits? And avoid coughing up $150, cause that's a lot of money...

They cant do that.......... the law says that from the passengers to the back, you can have it as dark as you want. As long as they can see in the front windows, that meets the law. Maybe only in FL? I mean its stupid, what if you drive like a van that was ment to have windows in the back, but they are covered with metal, those are technically against the lay because anyone can be hiding back there. Should make a difference if your using tint or metal....

No no... 5% is DARKER than 15%.

Tint is measured by how much light can pass thru so the lower the number, the darker it is.

lol, here's what's gay about our law... only cars have to have 15% all around. Vans and trucks (trucks... wtf??) can have 15% up front and whatever you want on back. Pretty stupid.

EDIT: Oopsie... and I lied. Legal tint here is 20%... just read the newspaper article again.
