Gps
How does your 'gps shark' work? I'm using the BU355 was thinking of mounting it in the same location and put the honda '05 antenna cover on it and paint it. Is this the same concept or a totally different type of antenna?

That was just how the GPS shark would look. I still haven't finished my install, and the antenna isn't on my car.
But yes, it is the same concept.
Oh, and the GPS shark is hollow. You just shove the GPS into it. As in, its is not an antenna, its just a cover.

So you're actually gonna attend a SoCal meet? Sweet
Yeh, I also want to get it done. Its been w/o a permanent radio for a year. And the reception on the alarm clock is far from stunning

Yah I'll be there.. it's a few hours away but if it's a weekend I should be able to make it. My carputer was one week from being installed when the last one happened, so I didn't roll down for it, but I should make the next one.
Alarm clock radio. Make sure you have pis of that posted somewhere.

Yeh, I've been to SLO. Its like 4 hours away if you're stuck on the 101 ( ) or 3 hours away when you're speeding
I'll have pics of the alarm clock radio. For now, I have pics of an ipod base station in the SoCal minimeet thread
