HAHAHA.....thanks seanshine!!! I'm glad to hear that you like your Keypower. Looking at your sig it looks like your hardware specs are very similar to mine, at least what I'm planning. does the uSDC work well with the keypower?

The tweeter mounts I actually cut out of an old PackardBell PC case...but I'll take the award anyway ....."I would like to thank my Dremel, this could not have happened without him....and Craftsman.....and most important Mp3Car.com, you guys are awesome!! I love you mom! Thank you and good night"

haha.....anyway, now that I'm back on earth , thanks for the compliments! Got any pics of your setup? I don't think I've seen any pics of an install with the keypower.....

Excellent! I like how recessed the screen is, that's gotta help out a ton with the glare.. especially on a Lilliput..

Thanks! That is exactly what I was going for. After all the reading about glare problems on the Lilliput and even on a friend's factory acura tl nav system, I tried to mount it as far back as was possible, and it works OK, I still get a bit of glare but it is workable

What shifter/handle is that you've got. I like how it comes back towards the driver.. Wonder if the handle portion would fit on a Pro 5.0..

It is actually mounted on a Pro 5.0, although you will need the rubber mounts from the stocker shifter, the shifter is from Roush Performace, the kit comes with the handle, knob, and leather boot, it goes for about $200 USD, a little bit cheaper from eBay....it is definately worth it, the reach and position is way more confortable than the stocker and it is a little bit longer and gives you a lot more leverage, I love it.

Hi all, I just got this past weekend a new amplifier for the carputer . I got a Kicker KX350.4 4-ch amplifier. It is amazing the difference in sound quality from the Kenwood . At some point I'll install a sub and I can use the Kenwood amp for that, but I am really impressed with the Kicker amp, A+ !!

Also I've been trying out different frontends and the latest version of RoadRunner is great! Thanks guino !! I'll be starting my own RR skin soon , and it will probably be mustang oriented so I don't know how many people will be interested in it but I'll post in the skin section for RR when I start!

The next couple of things to do to the carputer are the voice control (thinking about SpeakEasy), slim DVD drive, and bluetooth. I'll keep posting progress here, stay tuned!

This might sound a little weird...and off topic but...

Could you email me a picture of your fuse box and if you're feeling extra nice, measure it for me? From what I understand the mustangs have the fuse box located in their engine bays, and I'm trying to move my fuse box in my corrado to the bay as well. I need to find a car that has a box large enough for me to use

Any help would be greattttttttttllllllllllyyyyyyyy appreciated! Thanks!

Hi, I'll probably be able to do this for you during the weekend. From what I remember, the fusebox in my Mustang is not much bigger than the one I had in my 98 Accord. It also has a fusebox under the dashboard on the driver's side with most of the fuses. As usual the one in the engine bay has some relays and fuses for stuff like headlights and stuff like that. I'll take the pics this weekend and measure it for ya.
