L7 with Keyboard installed

I just built this box (1.3 ft^3) and rear deck (with keyboard installed). I'm going to mount my two amps on each side of the sub and i havn't decided what to do on putting a monitor in the back, any suggestions? I was think about having one on each side of the keyboard at a slight angle.

Faceplate Extension

Well I havn't had much time off work to make any progress but I finely got around to extending my faceplate lastnight after work. I think the pictures will speak for themselves.

I like to hear what people think and so suggestions for my project. Thanks

so i made the dvd player mistake... but i'm on the right track now

I havn't made much progress, i've collected a few more parts and have updated my original post, but it doesn't seem like it's interesting enough... lol I'm going to be getting my touchscreen in the next week and get that in the dash, since i've temporarily relocated my ac controls to my glove box (will be going in center console soon enough). I've been fooling around with making a skin in RR, i havn't really decided on a theme yet but i hope to after i get it built. I also plan on getting my m2-atx in the next week or so (anyone have one?) I'll post some pics up of the flush mount monitor that i'm going to be replacing with a lilliput.

congrats on going all out and making your own skin, too many people (including myself) seem to just grab one already made...

Thanks, I have it running in my room right now, i'm not sure if it'll make it in the mirror or not, i'm debating going headless right now. I checked out your cardomain and that kit on you grand am is pretty sick.

nice ghost face, most people just solder directly onto the pins on the front of the radio + the faceplate for that. You went all out into the radio itself crazy. I'll get yah those pics ASAP, i'm having issues sourcing a camera since my parents gave away ours to relatives a few weeks back... 2 digital cameras since we hardly use 'em. My gf lost hers somewhere... bleh

Oh, and what're you doing with the L7 anyhow?

Yea i decided that is was too close of soldering on the pins to the radio since the faceplate's pins "plug" into it. I'm really liking how the skin is coming along.
Right now the L7 is in the Camaro waiting for it's amp, which will be here tomorrow or Friday. I built the box and put it in for some weight in the rear, it helped a lot with the snow. I'll pry end up selling it if i get those r's or keep it for comps. would you be interested in a trade?

lol, i've got too many subs as is

4 - 10" L7's
3 - 10" Type R's
2 - 12" MTX Thunder6000s
1 - 12" Audiobahn AWIS12... immortal series

But yeaaa... i haven't touched the 12s in like a year or so.. they're my olddd subs, i never even powered on the Audiobahn one... quad 2ohm 2000w RMS plus it was audiobahn... i was in an audiobahn stage and sorta... yeaa... jumped the gun and bought that sub, i didn't want to fry my amps with a crappy sub but it IS intriguing... the sub weighs around 65 lbs and has 4 2ohm terminals

Very nice, I'm glad someone who did this actually ended up using it lol. That looks very clean.

Here is what i received in the mail today

I didn't have the cover plate on the one side when i took the pics because i had just finished installing and setting it. It's set at 80 for the lp filter and at 38.7 v at 2 ohms
