    Win XP boot refresh rate / resolution

    Hi All,

    Does anyone know how to reghack winxp so that I can set the boot resolution to 75hz..

    I would also like to set the shutdown / hibernating screens to 75hz..

    I could be wrong but I don't think its possible. The points that you are on about windows uses legacy driver to display which is why your forced to use 640x480 16bit resolution. Its a bit like you cant have a fancy BIOS screen because the drivers just aren't loaded yet.
