FIX: CTRL ALT DEL with "MinLogon"

Here is the fix for those using minlogon and would like to have
    Ctrl Alt Del working again.

    Code:
    2004 FrodoPlayer.com
    2004 Kevin Lincecum

    CAD_Trap Service

Purpose: To detect CTRL ALT DEL and launch the task manager.
Used for systems using "minlogon" which do not catch this message.

    Installation:

Put the files where you want them installed.
    Run install.bat
    Reboot

To remove, first stop the service.
    Then run uninstall.bat
    Reboot, then remove the files.

Note: If you want the service to restart if killed, you
must set this manually in the service manager of windows.

Changing the Path to Task Manager (or use an alternate)
    Edit CAD_Trap.ini

    Put in the appropriate values.

    Enjoy.

    Frodo
