Actually, it was a problem with minlogon. When i switched back to winlogon it works. Thats what I get for not iteratively testing.

Question. How can I delete files from my non ewf drive permanantly without it coming back when i power on the computer again without disabling ewf. Any way of doing this.
if your drive is not protected by EWF then it shouldn't be restoring files?
my D drive is not protected by ewf. But when I delete an mp3 the files comes back due to the recycle bin being protected. Its the same hard drive separated partition. Hope that helps
what happens if you empty the trash and then reboot? or are you doing that already?
doing that already and it still comes back the song or any files. It doesn't happen to you?
i'll have to double check. I always use small flash devices for my main drive so I always have a single partition.
if you run "ewfmgr c:" and "ewfmgr d:" what's the output? I'm assuming "d" is your secondary partition.
