sorry but i dumb when it come to computer...

here where i'm at... i recently install fresh XP pro and update to sp2.... mediacar...etc
when i try it coming out of hibernation it took 2min..... some one told me to remove stuff i don't need to speed up the hibernation process that why i came here and ask What can/can't remove...

it would be nice if someone make a stricky like " software that carupter need"

sorry to be a pain but i really need this thing working

use nlite, make a new installation cd without all the junk to begin with. Go from there.

It should'nt take two minutes. I was doing a test on mine and noticed that it took longer if I disable write-caching on my hard drive. That really slows things down alot. Make sure write-caching is enabled on your hard drive.
