to integrate minlogon or ewf into an nLite installation: http://www.mp3car.com/vbulletin/show...01209#poststop
I'm not sure how to do this with the newer nLite as I dont havce it on my machine. But if you print out the settings.ini file and just compare the list it would only take about 5 minutes.

so your settings.ini doesn't work with the new nlite? anyway to make it work exactly?
Thanks for the minlogon link!

Probably not w/ the new nLite. You can however use the list of things to use as a guide. I was just too lazy to make a new list so I just posted my settings.ini as the "guide"

Great Work! Thoes who have fiddled with Nlite know how difficult and tidious it is to get the "right trimming". I've been meaning to post someting like this to share with others but haven't been confident to post my setting.
I encourage everyone to join this and share their setting. More people join, better it will be.
To second this comment, I've made about 30 different versions w/nlite testing each one throughly for the most stable system. Just take a gander at how long this has taken me ?? 100+ hoursOriginally Posted by mi800
I figure these settings will be a great safe starting point if others can post more findings that would be great !

thanks man works great I just looked at your settings and the new lite has tons of options too, I love my carpc now its fast as @#$#
But I have one problem.
my sound drivers won't install right I get an error:
error loading loading streamci
the specified module coudl not be found.
winamp messes up because of this
I believe it is because you didn't have the midi driver checked in nlite
I got the files from my other pc and it works fine now![]()
