In the WinXP Power Options (Control Panel), Hibernation tab => enable hibernation, Advanced tab => select Hibernate from drop down menu under "When I press the power button on my computer"

This took care of it for me....

No signs of a hibernate tab on my nlited system.... in shutdown window I only have Restart and Shutdown available, Standby is greyed out...

Any idea what we CANT remove from nlite in order to keep hibernation?

Damn! I thought I was going to get away on my first nlite image!
