    minilogon and hibernate?

hi just installed my box with winxp sp1 manage to replace wimlogon with minilogon but now the system dosent hibernate not even with shutdown utility
    so i got 2 questions
1.is anyone have similiar problems and if yes is there a registry solution for it
2.lets assume we make a comlette instalaltion of the system and we create a hibernation point with winlogon and then installing ewf and minilogon on the system is this gonna work
thanks in advance for the help

Did you read through this thread? It may help you with the problem your having. I don't use Hibernate but maybe it's all related to the ACPI stuff...But what do I know

It has been said, but check your display drivers. I know you said everything is working, but the computer will work with standard/native display drivers, that will/can cause an issue. Update them if you can. It is strange, but the display drivers is a common cause for failure to hibernate.
