Here's a quite simple one I made for my Thunderbird CarPC.
Mine can be used for French, Eng systems or in Safe Mode.

If someone want it, feel free to download my bootskin from HERE and extract it to your bootskin "skins" Dir.

I was checkin out how to change the bitmap with the bootskin.ini file but I can't find that file on my system ? I mean it's a generic windows file right so, where is it ? fyi... i enabled the viewing of system files already.
