Make shell program (roadrunner) reload after a crash

Is there a way to make roadrunner reload itself after a stack overflow makes roadrunner crash? I read that the kernal automatically reloads the shell program if it crashes, but mine doesn't. Is this a feature I need to enable? It would be a nice thing to have to keep from having to stop and run taskman to reload roadrunner.

The setting is controlled by the following registry key:

    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon]

Can we delay the reload of Shell?

Coz I'm having DLL errors when I try to shutdown/hibernate using RR's interface. It's reloading too fast while windows is shutting down.
