Probably not without breaking it, but you can attach the dongle to the mast.
    Failure is not an option....

It's installed by default on every version of Windows.

My mast arrived this morning damn looks a little different to the picture, but anyways its a lo smaller than expected so disconecting it will no longer be an issue, just need to know where to solder to and wire type when you have 5 mins to spare Barry.

P.s. Thanks for your input so far !!

I made my mast from scratch. Did you get anywhere with this? What I ended up doing at the end was using a really thin coax cable (like ear phone cable) to connect the dongle to the bottom of the mast below the decoupler. I used about 3 inches of a thin cable and it works really well. It's still working and I'm using it in the house currently. I got tired of my mirror bouncing around on the highway after about 6 months of having it mounted. If anyone ever tried to make one, find something thinner and lighter than 3/4" pvc to put your antenna inside of. I need to find some half inch fiberglass still.

Thumbs up Cool antenna man )))))))))))))

Have you tried UAWIFI UA3? It would have saved you alot of time. In my opinion you will get as much as signals with UA3 as with your homemade antenna.....but still, great job A+

seems like spam-- i have not come across that product before, if you are really interested in getting more exposure, it might be worth trying to talk to the mp3car admins to get a product review done..

Angry No no no.... I am not spamming

Guys, I am not spamming or trying to promote anything, just saying that UA3 is very good adapter. I purchased one two weeks ago, and I love it. I am not saying that people should buy it or anything like that, but if I have a good product, why not tell other about it...right.

    Anyways, here is the pic....
