Thread: bt serial port connection?

i can't seem to get a serial port connection with my phone. the phone is a razr v3r and the dongle is a kensington. i can connect via my computer to send .mp3 files and pictures, but when i try and connect via the serial port connection, i get a "this connection is not supported on your phone."

i see that other people have got it to work on the same razr as mine, so what am i doing wrong? i updated to the newest widdcom drivers and still no luck.
