Okay, after fidling around a LOT i found out how to get the internet through my nokia 6021 phone.
Go to your mobistar store and ask them to get the gprs service on your account.

Get a bluetooth dongle or connection to connect to your phone.

Now in the dial up connection bluetooth setting select your phone and insert these values :

numer to dial (aboneenummer) *99#

Now in the dialiup connection in network connections properties you should have a connection with your cellphone as modem dialing *99#.
The username is mobistar and there is no password.

This should be your standard dialup connection for your frontend.
