Cheap Bluetooth Software - Phone Calls

I want to be able to accept/reject phone calls and then talk through my carputer/stereo. Basically like a bluetooth headset but something I don't have to wear, turn off and on, and put on/take off.

It would also be really nice if I could dail numbers out too, have a programmable adress book and select the name and call. This would just be nice.

My main goal is being able to answer the phone through the carputer and talk through the stereo since holding the phone is going to be illegal where I live soon.

I apologize as I'm sure this has been covered, but I could not find it anywhere.

Will any old bluetooth sender work for these kinds of things? A USB one that is.
