Know of any external antennas for the Netgear WG311? (PCI 802.11g)
Aren't these both directional antennas? How do you keep them pointed at each other, when using in a car?Originally Posted by Nico3k

hyperlinktech can suck my balls, minimum purchase requirement? Bleh.
How do you connect these antenns to say a wirless usb card?
If it has an antenna that can be unscrewed, you just take it off and srew one of these on in it's place.
I am in the early planning stages of my carputer, and plan on using a trashed(shattered screen) Toshiba Tecra 9000 as the brain. It has built in WiFi. Does anyone know of a way to attach a higher gain antenna to this type of setup?Originally Posted by sfay93
If not, is there a pcmcia wireless card that anyone would recommend that has an external antenna connection?
TIA
