Any one used this with the nokia 6225 to get on the internet with sprint? My wife has this phone and we were considering geting me one but I would realy like to get some faster internet for when I'm at work and for use on my car computer when not at work.
I didn't realize you could do this, but I just tried it with my desktop PC and I got a 145 kbps link and I could download at 16 killobytes per second. Even web pages loaded relatively fast.
But here's a question: Can you set it up with multiple phones for additional bandwidth? Becasue sprint allows you to add phones to your account for $9.00 each. With two phones there would be two channels. But does windows support this? (distributing bandwidth over more than one modem)
If so, this could be awesome. Streaming video from home....I could have digital cable in my car  Now that would be nice
I wish we could do this with AT&T (now Cingulair)...
i have it on two phones man.. there is no reason the bandwidth would get split bro :rtfm:Quote:

Which vindicates my notion that it is possible. The only question is: Does sprintpcs support it? I'll search some more and possibly give them a call to find out.
If they do support it, I'll probably get a couple different phones.
