    What a deal!!!

Just got back from CompUSA. I was looking for a wireless adapter for my truck and had thought about the D-Link DWL-AG530. Cheapest I had seen it anywhere was $77.00. The price on the shelf said $59.99 so I had to get it. When I get to the register it rings up at $99.99. I told the girl the price on the shelf and she didn't believe me so we went back and I showed her the sticker. All said and done, I get it for $59.99. Sweet deal.

My question is, has anyone used this one before? It has a 2-4db gain omni antenna attached and is compatible with 802.11a, b, and g networks. No matter what I got a good deal on it.

Its always a nice feeling getting a bargain

I managed to get a Belkin 54g router, 2 x 54g Laptop Cards and a 54G PCI card for just under £100 from a High street PC chain.

The normal price in the UK for the router alone is about £80 and the cards are about £35 each

I have the DWL-AG520, and I am very pleased with its performance. I have not used it that much though, just for testing purposes. I am waiting for the weather to get warmer to permanantly install it. I didn't get as good a deal on mine (New Egg $79) as you did for your newer model!

Thought about a different antenna for mine as well but I will need to get a different connector for it as this one is different from most antennas. It looks similar to this one:

Anybody know how I can find out exactly which one it is so I can get a different antenna?

Are you sure that will work with mine? My connector is the same as the one D-Link is showing on your 520. Same antenna too. It is the premier model.
