UK - T Mobile Unlimited GPRS for 34 a month

anyone tried this service? the PCMCIA card is 9.99 and then a flat rate thereafter for unlimited access ( allthough a fair use of 100MB p/m that they don't want you exceeding too often )

34 per month is a bit too steep for a car PC, however if you don't have broadband at home, and/or use a laptop on the move a lot then it could be a good deal

34 a month is expensive for just in the car, but not too expensive that I'm not considering it!!

Well I'm looking at the 11.75 per month for 5mb. Now in thereoy in the car it won't do that much up and downloading, only the current road traffic data, etc so I shouldn't hit 5mb in a month. But and it is a big month, you what it's like when you have that facility, you tend to use it.

At the moment there a special offer for new cutomers. Data is doubled on the top three tariffs for the first year.
    23.50 a month for 50mb etc

    Still too expensive though.

The deal orange offers is 45 per month with the card costing 150. That makes the t-mobile offer very tempting.

I need this; but will need to buy an EPIA M for the pcmcia slot. Damn this is getting expensive.

Does anyone know if the PCMCIA cards mentioned work with:

    zorros PhoneControl

and 'Wake on modem ring' to pull out of standby, for tracking?
