    wasnt the free gprs set to end yesterday? can someone let me know, ive just tried it and i have lost a few pence credit, cant actualy get to the net but can get conected.

    what proxy port are you using on the mobile?

    It does drop credit if you have some, usually 75% of the time. That's never changed. You'll need to try it with an empty sim.

    I topped up a month or two ago with a tenner, I expect it will last for months even if I have to top it up, as our application uses less than 1KB per session.

    ah ok, what port do you have set on your PHONE? ive set the proxy up on ie but i just cant get out to the net.

    Use port 8080 as the proxy port
