Well, looks like the bashing has gone down...in short, your laptop is a little TOO souped up and may over heat is what the above people are saying.

Now to actually answer your question:

You need:
1) a cellphone that can be used as a GPRS modem
2) a Cable/IR/Bluetooth (Bluetooth being the cleanest and IR 2nd...cable just sucks and costs a fortune)
3) Ensure your laptop has an IR or Bluetooth port.
4) Setup a dial up on your PC with the Bluetooth or IR modem that will appear once you pair the cellphone or put the phone infront of the IR port
5) Dial the number provided with the username and password your cellphone company provides.
6) surf and enjoy...er..watch the data charges (unless you are on unlimited...which actually IS NOT unlimited, usually a gig).
