    Phonecontrol.net and bluetooth headsets

    Hi,

I have managed to get Phonecontrol.net working on the home PC interfacing with my Sony Ericsson k700i.

The question is, can I get that operational, and use my bluetooth headset. I keep trying various combinations of set-up, but nothing works, I can either haev one or the other.

Can it not be done ???

    Cheers,

    Matt

most likely this is because your mobile phone only supports 1 bluetooth connection at a time

I think this is the case. Are there other phones that support more than one ?

Is there a way of routing it through the PC ??

    Thanks,

    Matt

This my not what you want to do, but you could use a USB
sync cable to connect your phone to PC, then use bluetooth
    to connect headset.
I haven't done this personaly, here is a guy that managed to
    setup. This post.

    I hope this helps.

yeah there are phones that support more than one BT connection at a time.

but if you have one that can only support one at a time (like my v600), then you're out of luck. I dont think there is a workaround.
Once phonecontrol.net connects to your serial connection through BT, the audio gateway wont be able to connect to your phone at the same time

I plug in a wired headset for my audio and use BT to connect to the phone's serial port. I don't actually wear the headset, I wired the earpiece to the mic in on the carputer and mounted the Microphone somewhere. I decided to do this cuz I get some crazy noise happening when I use the audio gateway. Almost scared the crap out of me when I first heard it. I'm using Widdcom 3 (tho it says 1.4something in my device manager) and I tried it with a Seimens S55, Moto V80, V600 and a Nokia 6260. Noise with every phone...
