setting up Verizon VX4400 for wireless

having trouble setting up the drivers for my USB cable. Tried all the drivers from future dial and susteen. The future dial drivers dont work. The susteen driver semi-works. When I plug in the USB cable it says "USB device" then it says "Susteen virtual com Port" then "found new hardware" screen pops up. It used to recognize the USB cable on COM4 with the susteen driver. But now im getting a USB driver conflict. which may be the result of improper uninstalls of the future dial drivers or the susteen drivers. How can I remove all these residual drivers for the phone? once i get that removed how would i go about setting up the Susteen driver once it gets detected as COM 4 again?
