    Hey Guys,

I have a Sanyo PM-8200, and a plan with unlimited Vision from sprint. Could I use that for connection in my car, and would I ever be charged? Would I just need to buy a cord of some sort?

If you buy the data cable and Sprints Vision plan then no you won't get charges, and it doesn't use your minutes. Data cables are only a couple of bucks on Ebay.

I've been working on this since 9am this morning.
No, never tried to get it to work on Linux. What happens when you try to dial? You are dialing #777 without username and password right?
Sorry I didn't see this thread again till now.

I haven't tried it in a week or so, but I tried dialling #777 without user or password and it seems like the phone silently disconnects. There's no refused (or anything else) coming back and hci no longer sees it (until I rescan).

I'm going to yank the laptop out in a day or so and start on it again.

I was having a hard time figuring out what exactly you had to do to get it to work. It took me a good 2 hours just to be able to get it to constantly work in Windows. It is like you have to go through the exact sequence of pairing, connecting dialing, etc to get it to work right.
