I just found this website a day ago and it's gotten me pretty excited. One thing I've been very curious about for several years (but didn't care that much about again, until now) was wireless internet access.

Just to summerize, I'm looking for a simple answer to a simple question:

What's the best deal?

I saw a poster in a different thread who said they wanted to use their carputer to stream an internet radio station (they were already doing this, but paying 80 bucks a month to pull it off with no problems at all).

They gained access using their sprint phone, I beleave.

Now, I've used my sprint phone before, too. But back then, I didn't know about that #777 trick. If I had, I wouldn't have used a seperate dial up ISP to dial to...but anyway, that crap doesn't matter.

I'm wanted to stream www.di.fm to my car just like that guy I mentioned. And I know that cell phone access is not the only option out there, better yet, will be further away from the only option as time goes by. I saw that thread about Clearwire and how it offers broadband internet access for a flat monthly fee. (If something like that were available where I live...North East Kansas...I would get rid of my DSL/land line phone from sbc and save a little money).

So...what's new out there? What do you guys think will be the next big thing in this field in the next year or two. What will prices look like?

Thanks for any help you can provide.
