Hello everybody i have problem getting my bluetooth dongle to work in win Me

I have an Windigo Sys bluetooth dongle but it doesnt work at all, i have tried to many ways and at least now i have the bluetooth icons on my desktop and the bar both of them are now blue with the white B logo and the dongle is flashing i think is a progress, but still doesnt seems to find or activate the dongle. This progeress was done by seting up the widcom drivers.

In the Hardware manager dont have any Bluettoth Icon i just get a square that says BTW ISSC USB Bluetooth Device

My pc info:
Pc Pentium IV ht
OS: Win Me 4.90.3000 complilation 3000
System Model: PM800-8235

My dongle
ISSC USB Bluetooth Device USB/VID_1131&PID_1001/INST_0

Help me plz Im about to losse all my hair.
