    Managing WiFi and GPRS Connections

I have a wifi dongle, and I also have a se k750i that i use to access the internet via GPRS when wifi is not available, however I have no way of actually initiating one or the other connection types, meaning when i want to access the internet, i want to always have it try the wifi first, but if it doesn't curently exist then auto start the dialup dialog for my gprs connection. any suggestions for doing this?

    thanks.

using winxp sp1, hawking 802.11g adapter, and dlink bt adapter to connect to my se k750i in case that helps.

Set internet explorer dial options to dial whenever a network connection is not present.
