Thread: cinergy 600 setup, cant get TV to work, help pls

hey everyone, just got my car PC set up and wanted to get the TV working before i installed it in the car, installed he drivers etc, and when i go
start - programs - terratec - cinergy 600 TV - TV software

which im guessing is what i need to go into, it gives the error 'could not creat the directshow base graph, please check if the drivers are installed properly'

then i selet the ok button and it says

'initialization of direct show filters failed'

anyone help me as im not the best at software problems,

im not really interested in the radio side of things as i will still have my head unit running as normal,
