What do i need? to connect?

Im a newbie to this section of the forum and i just want to know how would i connect to the internet in my car? i read throught almost half this forum and it doesnt give me a direct answer. If you can show me what i would need to go on the internet like hardware, software, etc.
i have t-mobile as a phone company with a h6315 phone with wifi, bluetooth.
i was thinkin of gettthing a PCMIA card from t-mobile, sony ericsson gc89 and get a pcmia card reader for the desktop. would that work?

Sorry if you hear this question a million time it i just think there should be a sticky somewhere about what is needed and stuff....the gps forum has the break down of it like whats needed the software you can choose from etc.

    Please help.....

You need to settle on a technology first. If you want to use your cell phone to go online then go gprs route.

Basically you can connect your cell phone to your pc using bluetooth (install drivers for modem) and setup dial up networking. Then you can use your cell phone to dial to gprs service or any other dial up service.

If you want to buy the tmobile pcmcia card then u dont' need ur cell phone. U can simply configure ur pcmcia card for gprs (instructions come with card)

Obviously you can just have a wireless card(wifi) in your pc and pick up hot spots as your drive around the town.

Let me know if you have any specific questions...
