I have a walmart bluetooth dongle (17 bucks) and my verizon E815, Dial up networking and Phoco works just fine on the first try.

I have heard of this. I think verizon forgot to disable the features on some of the 815's. I wish I was that lucky. If verizon didn't have such good service i would dump them. Who else sells a product but before they sell it they make it function worse then when the orginal manufacture sold it to them... Stupid, money grabing a holes. They just want to sell more black berrys.

Go to www.howardforums.com and lookup the tools that would let you get in and turn on the features...

yeah it came disabled on my phone, it's easy to enable it, open your phone and punch in ##342587

When you do that you'll get a message saying "Dial Up Networking Enabled"

do it again and it disables it

I did this i still cant hook up with phoco through bluetooth. I have to wait for my usb cable to come and start hacking.
