BEst usb adapters?

ya what are the best usb wireless network adapters? i want something with wirelss g. HOw bout the linksys one like on the mp3car.com store? any other good brands?

I have a Netgear WG111T and it is an excellent one. I live in the rural area if that has any affect on it. It has a strength like it is hardwired. I had a virus on my compy

and it messed it up, now it disconnects sometimes

Just thought I would let you know, your post is pretty vauge. But I guess the people in the know just would assume you don't know what you are talking about and you probably mean wireless b... or do you mean bluetooth? or wireless a? or ethernet? ahh soo many options...

heh ya i was thinking this was only wireless as in like internet, i forgot about bluetooth and stuff

This antenna will be only for wifi (802.11g). You'd need another one for bluetooth, etc.

ya i know, you think i would need an antenna? like if i stick the thing clost to my back window? it would work alot better with the ttops off thats for sure

I don't know. I'm getting the high-power USB adapter and the esternal antenna to maximize my reception. That antenna will be pretty easy for me to get outside through the third brakelight. That would put the antenna centered at the rear of the roof - a perfect location.
Plus I can reach out the rear window and remove the antenna for a carwash or whatever.

I figure with the high-power USB adapter & external antenna, I should be able to pick up any cheap-*** access point in my apartment.
