    are there ANY VERIZON BROADBAND CARDS that support an external antenna?

    im going tomorrow to buy a verizon card for sure

    Yeah, the V620 by Novatel. I have two external whips for it, and it's fairly easy to get an adapter to most types of connections.

    another option is, would be to buy a cheap bashed up phone, and use this via its bluetooth connection.. you can then get a car kit to match the mobile.
