2007 Tiburon CarPc tribute to my brother

My brother passed away not to long ago. I'm not looking for sympathy. What I'd like to do is show off a something that came across in the midst of his wake.

We are both IT people, we also grew up building stereo systems for cars in the 80's. In the 90's it was building PC's and networks.

I combined the two as a tribute. The amps and speakers are his, the Tiburon, Lilliput, and SP13000 in a Travala case are mine.

I'm installing

Sony 24X24X24/8X CD-RW/DVD Slim Combo Drive
2 Punch 150HD amps :::::1 Kicker ZX400.1
2 Boston Accoustics Speakers 6.5 with in-line cross overs and Tweeters
2 Boston Acoustics Speakers 6 x 9
2 Panasonic 10" Woffers
Road Runner, Digital FX 2.0, and nRoute skin for Road Runner

The Computer Travala C134 and SP13000

Passager compartment finished

All that is left is the a better housing for the CPU. Most of that is hidden.
In fact most of the car still looks factory except the in-dash Lilliput.
It all is working well actually. I do think another gig of RAM would help. The garmin GPS function in both Digital FX and with the Skin I installed for it.

That is one sweet looking shark. I really like that color too. I have to ask where did you put the GPS antenna? Also do you ever listen to AM/FM radio anymore?

I like your Shark too

; I am going to finish running cable from the Lilliput to the line in on a USB Audio Advantage Roadie, so I can at least liten to a few station. I don't miss the radio much though.

I'm an IT guy and I have 4 keys on my keychain. 1 for the car, 2 for the house, and 1 for a local office building. I work from home

i can see 5 at least in the picture... that keychain doesn't look very pocket friendly!

LOL there is more than 5, it's 2 keys lighter now that I sold my old car. My keys never go in my pocket anyway, they hang on my hip. So I drift a bit to the left when walking.

The only reason I use IT as a discription is PC tech, Network tech, 3D generated graphics junkie and part time VB, Cobol and Java script coder is way to long.
