by the way,
Its not finished yet, thats why it has a huge crack in it.
I have to press it down, thats all.
I have an f-150, cut my bench seats into bucket seats and installed an expedition console.
what do you think?
@Japeeler - more pictures please. Would like to see how the computer fit between the seats.
What did you use to cut the CD Tray rectangular hole?
I'm having a bit of trouble with mine.
As soon as I get back home... I have been visiting my sister in Tulsa, OK for TG.. Got in an accident this weekend, too..![]()

I will alos need to redo my Centre Screen Bezel.... It is coming out of it's grip socket.. guess someting broke loose... I have also ordered a POL P/S to drive my USB/Multi Card readers in my dash - I put the, in the little cubby hole under the cig lighter area - lower dash... Was just perfect to run all my USB devices in the dash - Wireless, GPS, Multi-Readers and Bluetooth. Also worked/tweaked in getting my phone integrated.. Works fairly well, still a little slow and echos... Awesome to talk totally handsfree and see who is calling!! LOL Never take my phone off my hip. Also got all the Bluetooth tethering for internet access on my data plan completed and automatic. Werks great! More pics and updates, VERY SOON!

If you are talking about the centre seat chassis where my PC slides in, I used a Dremel Cutter/Grinder, Hacksaw and Metal Cutting Saw bit for my JigSaw. That mertal is very thick and tough.. Alot tougher than I expected. Took me over 2 hours to get it how I wanted... Did not have the Dremel Tool involved at first, was VERY rough!! haha
My PC case already had a slot for the DVD Burner... It also has a plexi glass cover on the front that glows blue at night.. really kool effect!

Looking good so far. Gotta love trucks, and the computer makes it that much betterI still need to get to your point with all the integration features, mine is just a PC and a screen for the most part lol, heck I still have to turn mine on manually.
Center seat is looking like a great place for the computer, mine is being ditched for a subwoofer. At the same time the base for my seat can't really be cut up to mount a computer or anything like yours.
Looking forward to seeing more pics, specially of how you do the dash.
