feb 29th is a little far off (2012), but i'll try to remember to come.
But yes, have been looking into the sunshine minis activities schedule for something to go to in spring or summer. there's some sort of mini cooper ice cream drive through the blue ridge parkway and up in the summer, wouldn't be able to sell stuff out of state, but might be nice for a drive.

I know you guys are done talking about this already but I got warned by an officer who was behind me in Chick-fil-a drive thru that my tag light was illegal because it was blue. I had to switch them over to yellow b/c he said you cannot have any blue lights on your vehicle. I know he wasn't just out to get me b/c my truck could have been written tickets for numerous things like illegal tint, slanted license plate or adjustable suspension. i just thought it was weird that my REAR license plate light couldn't be blue.

Oh just wait till you hear the stories I will be telling in the future. The police already frown at the attenna I have on my truck. It looks like something the Police would put. From the front my rear view looks like police lights and when I get behind people they slow down . In the future I am going to darken my tints to get rid of glare for the screens (Im to cheap to buy all transflective, I have 5 screens!!!!). Also all mirrors will be removed, the car is going to be 100% digital with cameras that have a night vision range of 100 feet in pure darkness. So no side or rear view mirror, the rear mirror has been replaced with a 10.2 inch rear view screen. That is going to get me pulled over alot. The big thing is the horn. Nowadays people dont care if you honk at them, infact they slow down or stop to get you ****ed off. So Ive decided to swap my horn for a digital one that sounds like when police honk theirs. i cant explain the sound but you know what I mean. That will most likely get me lots of tickets, but alot of respect from drivers.

Just leave the original horns in there with a cockpit switch between them.

If you get pulled over, flip the switch to "normal" and act like you have no idea what they're talking about . . .

the ice cream music box I have installed has a full mode of about 11 different siren sounds. its just a matter of hitting the correct control button for that sound. of course, blue lights and sirens are illegal. are you driving a yaris or a hummer? is that why you feel the need for respect while driving? please be respectful while on the road, there are enough crazies out there without having fake cop cars on the road messing with people.

HAHAHAHAHHAHA, that is brilliant, why didn't I think of that! Thats a great idea. I am redoing my driver side door buttons. The arrow keys will now select what cameras I can view, but I also had a toggle button that is now useless that use to tell the arrows what mirror to move. now that I will no longer have mirrors I can use the toggle to select the horn. Thanks!!!!!!!!!

I'm driving a Durango..... I'm kind of coo coo and I like people to be scared when they don't expect it. Its a genetic trait. Sometimes I scare people so bad and I'm not even trying to do it. No No, it wont be done all the time. Take for example today a guy in a Escalade XLT figured that he can change lanes with me half way on the side of him. He literally turned on his blinker and started to cross into my lane. I of course got ****ed and sped up. I then hit my brakes cause him to violently stop. I don't frack around when it comes to driving. If he would have heard a police horn he would have shot back to his lane in a second.

Actually, I don't think the sharp sound you're talking about is exclusive to police vehicles. Because I drive a little car -- not a whole lot bigger than ZEEBEES' nifty little Mini -- I'd love to have that kind of horn for the rare times when someone in a bigger vehicle pulls a bonehead move and tries to occupy the space I'm in.

I even though of getting one of the old Model A Ford "AH-OOGAH" horns, though I'd have used an updated version that likes 12V. The problem with them is that, while they sound interesting, they're not very harsh, and I rarely use the horn for anything but warning someone encroaching on my space.

Because I only get a wimpy "little foreign car" sound from my horn, I've come to depend on good reaction time, good handling, and good brakes.

    update to worklog:
re located the music horn speaker from roof to front grill. (caused too much of a headache while playing all day).
got rid of the antique coin dispenser from side of freezer (was too difficult to get change from), replaced it with the required trash can/bag attached to velcro along freezer)
lost the "cream" headlight cover, have temporary eye pupil shapes on roof lights until I get the replacement in.
added ice cream signs to drivers side to compliment the passenger side.
put in a dvd player on headrest that connects to Lilliput on dash for dual screen.
got some the 3M anti-glare front films and diffuser samples (the front anti-glare film made the touchscreen untouchable), haven't installed the diffuser films yet. may just replace the whole car computer with a 3G iphone that has POS & credit card software.
as cool sounding as it is to have a full computer in the car, capable of entertainment and business, its not really functional in sunlight.
might put the whole computer into the trans am.
may also jack my prices up for spring break, our prices are currently lower than competition, but the delivery is definitely cooler.
