    Church is a big thing for me, I can't help it. I used an LED bulb before, I ended up putting the original back. But the one I ordered from DealExtreme.com has 48 LEDs, so it should be a lot brighter...

    Yeah, no body kit, YET. But I am planning on getting the windows redone, plus the LEDs should be in eventually.

    Tidder et al: The LED bulbs came in yesterday. I immediately installed them. Pix follow.

    Whether or not it is visible in these pix, the tail lights are dim when the headlights are switched on, and brighter when the brakes are pressed.

    Are your blinkers faster now? I know that because LED bulbs use lower power and the car measures resistance to tell you if the light is blown, the blinker will blink fast to tell you the light is blown. When I bought them for my dearly departed Porsche, I had to buy special resistors to make the lights blink normal. If you need them, I have them here at home.
