    Exclamation Warning! Rant ahead!!

TO REITERATE: THIS IS A RANT!

    [RANT]
AutoZone! Apparently I can buy epoxy and solvents but I can't buy a simple can of spray paint?! WTF! I understand that kids use it to huff and do graffiti, but if they are trying to stop that, then they need to limit Sharpies and solvents too! If someone wanted, he/she could huff the fumes from the epoxy. People sniff Sharpies all the time!

Its a state law in a few states.....but only the chains usually enforce it. Your local parts store could care less.....

    +1

I used to buy it from Home Depot all the time, then randomly one day nobody would sell it to me. So I just started buying it off the internet (using ebay and other sites). It is just as illegal to ship this stuff as it is to sell to minors, but most people dont care. For instance here is some spray paint on ebay: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Krylo...motiveQ5fTools

Yeah it is more expensive, but its what you have to do unless you can find someone to buy it for you. One ruins it for everyone.

I get that it is state law in some states. But in most of those states (if I'm correct) it is inclusive of most epoxies and solvents. That was my point.

Haha, I remember going to Autozone to buy paint with a buddy of mine, I was 21 and he was 17 and they wouldn't even sell it to me. I asked if I could take him home and come back later and they said "no". How stupid. Thankfully we have 2 autozones and 2 checker auto parts in this town so I knew what to do at the next store... leave that idiot in the car.

Also reminds me of the time I was buying paintball supplies at WalMart... I could buy the paintballs but needed an adult for the co2... bah.

I took the front grille off of my car (and the parts that surround the headlights). The paint on them has started chipping. I ordered some mesh to fill in the air dam on the bottom of my bumper, so I am chroming the whole mess with some Rustoleum Metallic paint. I'll post some pix when it's all done and put back together.

So, that all hasn't gone as I planned for it to go... I'm having to repaint those pieces.

But, on the CarPC side of things, I got everything except OPUS triggered Hybrid Sleep and Bluetooth waking on resume working for me. Would XPort fix my Bluetooth not re-pairing when I resume from Hibernate?

XPort, can only reset the driver. So you will most likely have to repair manulayy anyways. You may want to try though, I could be wrong.
