awesome thanks for taking the time to do so.
I'm almost sure ur hibernation is not s4 hibernation, there's no way its that fast, which explain why your fan is spinning, you must be on s1 or s2 mode.
Generally you should see the resume status bar when ur hibernating in S4 mode.
I'll have to double check. The fan spins when the computer is told to shut down. I don't recall whether it does it in hibernation.

Any help appreciated. I'm googling but not finding anything helpful.
I found it.
Got one for $5 shipped off eBay. *Sigh*
And this is why you take your CarPC budget and multiple it :p
It is on S1, and there is no option to change it to S4.

I had it shipped to my work, and when I got back from offsite, I looked up the tracking and saw that it had been delivered. I went back up to the front desk and looked for it again, asked the receptionist - she said I had all my packages (two other packages arrived for me) and so I went back to dig through the other boxes that came.
I told my boss that I was looking for the touchscreen, as it had been delivered, signed for, but could not locate it. She helped me look through the boxes that came, and then once we were through all those boxes the truth came out. She had it. Little devil. :laser:
Earlier, while I was offsite, she went up front for something else, saw the boxes, dug through 'em (knowing I was anxiously waiting for the touchscreen), found the touchscreen, and made an EVIL deal with the receptionist to trick me into believing that the touchscreen had not arrived. Little did they know the power of the tracking number!
The touchscreen is here. Now I just need to run battery cable and stop at Radio Shack to pick up a generic cord and cut it to run into the M4. :peace:
HAHAHAHAHA, thats why you gotta love tracking. Seems like my job, but its me always playing the jokes on people.

So the Lilli came in Thursday morning, however I didn't get to mess with it until very early Friday morning...2AMish. I was very photo happy. You can see what I assume is "Quality Control Chris Wood" written on the box in blue. Purchased the touchscreen from Mo-Co-So.
The Lilliput came with a screen protector, which I was happy about as I wanted to get one anyways. I was looking at having a custom one cut from Bodyguardz but this saved me about $20. Very happy about that. Despite the Engrish on the front of the package, it was very easy to apply to the screen. It's not a corner to corner guard, but it sure does cover the majority of it. I was pretty happy with how it turned out.
I'm surprised at the weight of the touchscreen, very lightweight. I guess I wouldn't expect it to be heavy, but still was just surprisingly light. I finished assembling the screen with stand, and plugged it into power. Beautiful little amber power light. I like how well the video connection fits - plugs in and screws tight. No chance of that getting loose.
In addition to the touchscreen I also received the shorter SATA II cable. I got a 6" one off Newegg for fairly cheap. It's about as long as the laptop drive, and fits perfectly inside the case. Really happy I got this nice short cord. I powered up the Thin Client with the Lilliput connected, and I was just blown away, I am really happy with the brightness, the color, the response of the screen.
I installed the latest touch drivers, shut down the Thin Client, removed the keyboard and mouse, fired the Thin Client back up and launched Centrafuse. Beautiful. I don't have any videos loaded on the Thin Client yet, and it's just the trial Centrafuse still, but does not take away from the sex appeal of the Lilli :D
I'm hoping for good weather on Sunday - I'd like to rip out the dash and run wires Sunday. I still have to figure out how I'm going to mount the Lilliput, but I am excited. Getting close! :clap2:
Looking forward to the project. Great photos my camera always washes out the screen.
Thanks, I had to put it in manual focus, and for the up close photos of the lights I propped it up on the desk with the self timer. They turned out pretty well. Really like the Canon Digital SLR.
