2009 Pontiac G8 GT Build- The Shiz-Nit
I have been lurking on the Forum for some time now and have done lots of research. I am just about done with the planning and about to build. I have some parts and need to order others. I have all of the parts that I plan on using listed below. I will not be starting until next weekend (I have a 4 day from work). If anybody thinks that something might not work or they have a suggestion then please let me know so that I can adjust my plan. I will be updating with pictures as the project moves along. For now here is a picture of my car. Thanks in advance for your help.

I need the VIM in order to have my stock screen stay on over 3mph. It is an expensive part but I do not have much of a choice. I will be adding a touch screen overlay to my existing stock 6.5” screen. If anyone has some info or knows of an option that will work for me, please let me know. If I am missing anything else please let me know about that to.
As for mounting, the computer will be in the trunk mounted to the Top on the Bottom of the rear deck.
As for front ends I am still playing around with the free ones and have not decided on one.
Audio: Infinity Kappa All-The-Way-Around with a 10” (Old School) Sub-Woofer in the trunk.
