From the diagnostics icon, I have the ability to read engine codes on the fly and reset the check engine light after repairs.
This comes in really handy as once or twice I have gotten the blinking check engine light but it stops the moment you shut off the truck so if you don't have to stop and go looking for your OBD scanner wherever you may have left it. That happened to me in the past and when I got the scanner to check, the code had already cleared.

Centrafuse has the ability to add external applications an web links. I used photoshop to create my own icons and have it set up so I can run these external apps from within Centrafuse.

Same gauges.
Only this time it is in race mode.
LOL I get a kick out of that is the Avalanche is no race car.





I am considering rewriting the skin to have the gauges top out at 6000 rpm as my truck will never ever go up to 10,000 RPMs.. This way I will also see more movement of the needle

Here's a quick video I made of the gauges in action today.

After a lot of errors with wy GPS receiver working one minute and not working the next, I have found out tht my Globalsat BU-353 which I purchased from the MP3Car store a few weeks before the BU-353-S4 was released is incompatible with Windows 8. All this is 2 days before I have to make a 1200 mile trip to MN. I guess I'll be calling the MP3car store early tomorrow morning to see how fast I can get one delivered. I know my monitor was delivered within 2 days of it being ordered so I'll see if they can make this happen

Nice install, from the pictures and video I see you frequent my old stomping grounds. How did you add the traffic cams to centrafuse?

Enforcer has created a plugin for traffic cams, fuel prices and google traffic.
However those plugins are no longer in the centrafuse market if memory serves me right.
I had downloaded and saved the plugin which luckily was packaged with an installer. So I just run the installer and it installs in the centrafuse plugin directory and voila I have traffic cams.
I'll look for enforcer's website to see if the plugin is there as I don't know the ramifications of me uploading the file here or even if I can.
Or if someone has that info they can post it.
There are a few plugins that are not available that I still have as installers so I have made triplicate copies so as not to loose them.
This includes the TPMS Sensor plugin which is a feature I really want to add to my vehicle.

BTW, with the help of some folks here I figured out that the BU-353 does indeed work with windows 8. the issue here is that the latest version of the software on their site does not support the chipset in the older models.
i resorted to downloading an older version of the software and reverting to the older drivers to get the receiver to work.
My issue with the device constantly cutting off was due to the fact that windows constantly reverted to the newer driver that did not work.
After disabling the new version, my receiver began to work flawlessly again.
