WHAT? ANOTHER CAR!?!?!?!?!?!?! Why not just save up and get a good working car? This is going to be your 4th car in such a short time. I think your an impulse buyer. You see something you like and have to have it no matter what, and that mentality is going to keep tripping you up.

PS: Please dont name the next one Lambda 3, cause I think the Lambda name is cursed now.

I agree. But my dad bought the Turtle and the van. The Turtle I wanted. The van I told him I didn't really care for, but whatever, cause he was the one with the checkbook. This truck is my mom's. She got it back in the early 90s and it has been in the family ever since. It's major problem right now is that my oldest brother drove it for 2 1/2 years and he taught my nephew to drive in it as well (we think). The girl who's buying the Turtle just owes me $200 and it'll be all hers. If I can sell the van, I'm gonna take that and trade in the truck (hopefully) before I go off to college. Then I can continue the project or start over.

Well I wish you luck. Why not try for something like a Ford Escape? Its still a truck, but small to midsize and good on gas.

I don't really do Fords... I'm more of a Chevy and Dodge type of guy. I wouldn't mind a (newish) Ram or Dakota... but it depends on what happens between now and graduation. I go to get my wisdom teeth extracted Tuesday (18th), so it really depends on how much that sets us back because if it's too much, then I'll have to live with what I've got.

I got a houseparty to DJ tomorrow. One of my friends finally got his own place! And it's in the middle of BFE (look in urbandictionary if you don't get it) so we should be able to get loud and stupid as we want. We all agreed no alcohol and no paraphernalia of any sort because we could all get kicked out of our activities, but we don't need that stuff to have fun! I was able to convince my technical theatre teacher to let us use the old system that we used for our pep assemblies my sophomore year. (Right now it's just a backup because we got a new system, 4 new speakers, 2000W amp; the whole thing!) So we should be able to get pretty loud...

That shouldnt be that much. I am a X crystal meth user (5 year addict) and the first thing to go is your wisdom teeth. Two of 4 have been removed. I think a third is going (basically crystal meth strips the enamal off your teeth where it makes contact. I think it was like $250.00 per tooth, that also included full teeth cleaning and a stupid lecture about the fact that I destroyed my back teeth with drugs.

Well, the party went without a hitch. I got my wisdom teeth extracted and I'm back now!!! I'm even off my pain medication now. I'm trying to see what it will cost to fix the truck. I really don't want to get rid of it because it's been in the family since it was new. Here's hoping... *fingers crossed*

Well if you have any extra pain meds... sell them?

I hope you get it back up and going.
