4 guage is used in most decent amplifier installs and is available in colours, usually blue, sometimes red.

Below 4 guage is the welding cable that is in black only (to my knowledge). I used 0 guage in my build to run to the rear of the cab then distro blocks split it up into 4 guage runs from there to amps, etc. You can use red electrical tape instead of heat shrink to mark the hot wires as well.

I like how that is nicely installed underneath the seat. I just looked at your worklog and it blends in nicely with the seat. Are you going to run the wire underneath the carpet, so it doesn't show or leave it?

Most of those wires will not run under the seat after the processor gets moved forward into the console which I am still working on. The console runs all the way back and meets the seat so any left over wires will be hidden.

I'll have to check out your thread when your finished. Didn't realize that you were gonna extend the console all the way back.
