Why two PSUs? What Windows will you be running? Win 32 only can support 4GB of RAM. Win 64 supports more then 4GB, but a few things that are for Car PC can only really work with 32 bit. Are you going to be doing MultiZone?

I am already running the pc in my truck. Just working on getting pics for the worklog. I actually only needed one of them but the power supplied from the M4 is shakey at best. I have been able to isolate it and run stable at 2.6 ghz and 1066 mhz but to run at the standard 1333 mhz the cpu supports is going to require some serious bios tuning. Bluetooth works great for Pandora from my phone and recently got a service plan for the truck using Verizon MyFI wireless adapter for all the wireless machines in my vehicle enabling me to use my Android equiped Samsung Facinate to make a VNC to the PC and use it as a keyboard in realtime. Its nice but will be beter by far. Might need some help from you all soon. I have gone as far with bios as I can this being the first time I have done it totally by myself from just bare mother board.
