Here are some pics of my horrible a-pillar pods. They are temporarily mounted right now so I can remove them and wrap them later. You can see in the last pic the color difference.

no-- i choose to let them dry for a week. mostly because i really only work on projects on saturday, so it complies with my schedule a little better. i imagine that waiting a day should be more then enough for most paints.

It should have been, but it wasn't. Since the color is not a close enough match, it will be better to just wrap em. So now they're on hold until I get the vinyl.

Took some measuremnts and did some mockups of my center console. Took the Exp console apart and cut off the unnecessary parts. If always feels good to break stuff on purpose when things go bad by mistake.
I plan to apoxy the two parts together, then use alot of foam to mak the final shape, and then cover in vinyl to make it look like one pice. Feel free to give me some critcism, advice, and pointers on my plans.

Been off work since Wednesday. Don't go back until Tuesday. Started working some more on my console. Should have some progress pics by Tuesday. Got alittle side tracked though.
Finished putting these in today. So once I get the console done it will be nothing left but to wire it all up.

Put a system diagram on the first post.

Have not been able to do as much on the center console as I had hoped. But I put in my new carpet. Supposed to be charcoal for my charcoal / grey theme, but it looks black. Also, found a newer model ashtray to replace my stock one I cut up trying to get my A/C controls in it (gotta clean it up some). You can also see my extended A/C controls I will put in my console and my Tsunami power distrobution block waiting for my amp rack to go back in.

Put my A/C controls in their final resting place. After I cut the hole, I epoxied it in, then foamed it over. I will shape the foam and cover it in charcoal suede. I plan to shape all the foam for the console at the same time. The console will be covered in grey vinyl.
I also in stalled my HDD LED and PC reset button. Only thing left to install here is my shaved door release buttons. But Im using them now so I will cut holes for them just before I have the console wrapped.
